Our Story
Meet Frank
After a career protecting New York City as a firefighter, Frank Ruggiero traded the firehouse for something a little sweeter. He brought Mister Softee to Charleston and has been showing up for birthdays, weddings, block parties, and HOA socials across the Lowcountry ever since.
